Refund Policy

Return and Exchange Details:

We offer a 10-day return policy starting from the date of product delivery. Refunds will be processed upon receiving the returned item, and exchanges are possible. Please make your purchase mindfully. Prior to requesting a return, kindly review the following conditions.

  • You can return your product within 10 days of delivery if the product is damaged, leaking, tampered with, broken, or if the package is compromised. Additionally, you may return the product in case of wrong product delivery, post-expiration date, incomplete order, or missing products.
  • Returns will not be accepted if products are opened, used, or altered, and the original packaging (including cartons, labels, etc.) must be intact. Any missing original packaging will render the return ineligible. Additionally, the return or replacement request must be generated within 10 days from the date of delivery. Any requests made after this period will not be accepted. Reports of damaged or missing products must be submitted within 10 days from the date of delivery to be considered for return or replacement. Any claims made after this timeframe will not be eligible. It's important to note that returns will not be accepted if the reason for return is other than a manufacturing defect. Please ensure that the product meets the specified criteria before initiating a return.
  • Your item needs to be unused, with tags, and in the original packing in order for the return to be accepted.The invoice or other evidence of purchase is also required.
  • We would require evidence in the form of a photo or video that the product came damaged. Therefore, it is advised to film a video before unboxing your order.
  • Once we've received and examined your return, we will refund you the amount, excluding the shipping cost, i.e., the amount you paid solely for the product.
  • For returning the product, email us at sales@vitalneutraceuticals.com within 7 days of receiving the product. Your email should contain: Order ID, name, items you want to return, reason for return. Please ensure to include images as proof in your email
  • We will investigate and review your return request within 24 working hours. If, based on our examination, the product is beyond use or in damaged condition, we will request you discard the product. In this case, we will provide a replacement accordingly.
  • After your product(s) are received, we will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly.

Refund Details:

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The product returned is noticeably damaged or tampered with.
  • The shipping address you provided while placing the order is incorrect.
  • You have consumed part of the product and then decided to return it.
  • You do not comply with the return policy stated above.

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The product ordered by you is out of stock with us.
  • The shipping address is not serviceable by us.
  • You comply with the return policy stated above.
  • The product returned by you is in good condition and hasn't been tampered with.
  • You were charged twice for a single order from the same email address.

Refund Amount Timelines:

If you made an online payment, we will refund the amount back to the original source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc.) within 7 working days of receiving the refund request from you.

Cancellation Information

We strive to provide you with top-notch quality products, and all orders are checked thoroughly before shipping to avoid any inconvenience.

Your order can only be canceled if it has yet to be shipped. To cancel, please write to our customer support team at sales@vitalneutraceuticals.com.

In such cases, the order will be canceled, and the refund will be processed by us within 7 business days after the cancellation request is acknowledged.

Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
